Exames de triagem em Bebês

Sem sintomas de doenças, os bebês em geral não precisam de exames laboratoriais, porque foram feitos exames de triagem em recém-nascidos durante a primeira semana de vida. Entretanto, quando o médico identifica fatores de risco, podem ser pedidos exames de triagem, por exemplo, para deficiência de ferro, envenenamento pelo chumbo e tuberculose.
